Day 2 Trying to Keep This Going

 I have to admit, I hit snooze one time.  So, technically, I got up at 4:09 am, not 4:00 am.  I did get up. That was the important part. 

This morning I wanted to do some yoga.  I do need to able to move and I was afraid if I tried to do just lifting weights and I would be super sore.  I used this Youtube video: https://youtu.be/c2TCLPkSvU4?si=b-iL45BZFYA6U2CJ.  I felt like it was a nice gentle start to my day.  I have done yoga before, but it has been a while, and I am taking a slow-and-steady approach.   

I also walk my two dogs in the morning, after I shower but before I get dressed for work.  Yes, I am wearing clothes; nobody wants to see that.  I have to walk them separately because combined, they weigh about 200 pounds.  During the first half of my walk I call it my grateful walk because I go through 10 things I am grateful for each day.  Seven of my grateful's are always the same
